CFACon2021 – Together Again!

Entering 2021, no one knew for sure what to anticipate.  As the months have rolled along, confidence began to increase and now it is official…CFACon2021 is taking place.

What is the number one reason to attend your Convention this year?  Togetherness.  Even the most plugged-in members of this Association have been kept apart for going on as much as two years.  Those who may have attended WOC2020, it may still have been eighteen months.  For members of a vital and collaborative membership network, that is too long of a time.  Now is the time to take a break from the business you have been locked in managing or serving through some of the biggest challenges of your career.  Now is the time to grab the family and head to a Top 10 U.S. destination and gather with your peers to realize just how many have faced the same struggles, sensed the same pressures, and achieved similar success.

It is time again to work “on” your business instead of persisting “in” your business.  We guarantee that by doing so, you will learn at least one thing to make you better by taking it back to your business.  Year after year we hear this reported by those that make the time…it is that important.

This year’s education theme is designed to tackle the biggest issues and elements of your market; Better Workforce | Better Concrete.  We have asked the question over and over again, what is the number one concern you face:” Where can I find good workers?”  We have fielded countless inquiries by those trying to get ahead of material issues, cost escalations and challenges from your customers:” How can I build better concrete with…?”
