Registration is available for individuals from both member and non-member companies. A member discount does apply. Companies that supply, manufacture and train construction companies and products are required to register as an exhibitor, sponsor or as a non-exhibiting supplier.
Online registration will close on July 16, 2025. On-site registration will be available for an additional $100 per person. Please visit the CFA registration counter on Thursday at 11:00am if you wish to register on-site.

If you wish to book a room night OUTSIDE of the CFA's contracted dates (July 15-21), you must contact the hotel's group reservation agent directly using the contact information below. If you use the online reservation link and attempt to book outside of July 17-20, the system will tell you there are no rooms available. July 16-19, 2025
July 17 (Day 1) - Thursday: Exhibits and Opening Social
Typically this day begins with the Board of Directors meeting and adds meetins for the National Associates' Council and other Task Force meetings as necessary. Also taking place on this day is the Emerging Leaders (Young Professionals) social outing, which is by invitation only. The day concludes with a happy hour in the exhibit hall and an all-person event dinner and awards banquet. Celebrating the 50th anniversary of the CFA will be the theme this year. Schedule detail will become available after February 2025.
July 18 (Day 2) - Friday: Education, Exhibits and Evening Social
This is the first day of education for attendees. A keynote address typically opens the event. Additional presentations will include technical for construction, business operations and leadership presentations. Lunch is served in the exhibit hall for more dedicated time with the products and technologies. The early afternoon features roundtables and the new 1-on-1 paired speed networking between exhibitors and attendees. After an afternoon break, all gather for another happy hour with the exhibitors followed by the evening group social event. Schedule detail will become available after February 2025.
July 19 (Day 3) - Saturday: Education and Closing Social
The final official day of CFACON begins with presentations focused on economics and innovations, though each year is composed uniquely. Often an industry hot topic may be presented as well. Lunch will be served in a roundtable setting for small group discussions. The afternoon is left open to a golf tournament and/or free time in the context of the location for families. Depending on the location, an evening social activity may include an off-site event or a final group dinner along with a closing social for final goodbyes and information trading. Schedule detail will become available after February 2025.
