EVENT OVERVIEW

We will meet on 8/21/24 at 12pm EST (11:00am Central/10:00am Mountain/9:00am Pacific). Join us as we discuss the importance of managing expectations.  This can be challenging to do, yet it is critical and woven into every aspect of your day to day.  How do you set and manage expectations with clients while keeping them happy? From management, office personnel, architects, builders, home owners, ready mix producers, estimators, crew delivery, products / supply, your own expectations, etc.  It's an ongoing list with many moving parts.

These Best Practice Group sessions typically take place every month on the third Wednesday of the month over a generally felt "lunch time". To announce changes to your participation, please contact Skye Kelley at your convenience.
