Exceed Safety is a fullspectrum safety consulting firm headquartered in North Carolina, offering safety support services nationwide. Since its inception, Exceed Safety has been designed with two missions. The first is to approach safety in a systematic manner using proven methodology and practices to affect change with our client’s safety management systems, their culture, and values. Exceed Safety uses several different Safety Management Systems and can adapt to many different outside systems. We also blend our clients’ needs to the system design to work in tandem with operations, safety and company values, not priorities. Our second mission is to grow the next generation of safety leaders. We strive to balance our seasoned professionals to work with a number of rising stars to give them the coaching and mentorship needs to advance safety as a profession. Exceed Safety looks for exceptional people with the right skills and grows them into skilled safety professionals. These future leaders come from the craft trades as well as those with a college degree. Our clients can expect the same level of service. We can coach and train your current staff or help select the right internal team members for your safety program.
