In part 9 of the ACI/CFA Residential Foundation Technician Certification preparatory seminar, an introduction to the general building requirements for finished performance of foundations is given.  Content covered includes building sites and required surface drainage, the performance of soils and loads associated as well as the minimum in-place or final strengths for concrete in all applications.

The total course consists of eighteen videos taught by James Baty, CFA Executive Director and principle examiner for this program.  The course has been made available to members of the Concrete Foundations Association and was most recently captured during Foundations Academy in the winter of 2021.
