This is part 10 of the ACI/CFA Residential Foundation Technician Certification preparatory seminar. This second segment of information on the International Residential Code features the minimum requirements for footing design and construction and describes the common areas of misapplication and misunderstanding when interpreting the IRC.
The total course consists of eighteen videos taught by James Baty, CFA Executive Director and principle examiner for this program. The course has been made available to members of the Concrete Foundations Association and was most recently captured during Foundations Academy in the winter of 2021.
